We’re Corey and Lorina. We’re the people behind Little Rogue Danes, and we raise Great Danes the same way we live our lives.
On purpose. With intention. And without following systems that never sat right with us in the first place.
We’re not hobby breeders and we’re not here to crank out puppies.
We don’t breed for trends, numbers, or convenience.
We breed with the long game in mind. Health. Stability. Longevity. Lifestyle.
Our path into natural rearing didn’t start with dogs.
It started with our family and years of lived experience that forced us to question what we were told about health, immunity, and prevention. Once you start pulling on that thread, you can’t ignore what you see.
And once you see it, you don’t go back.
Great Danes are a breed that breaks hearts. Cancer. Bloat.
Heart issues. Short lives that people are told to accept as normal.
We don’t accept that. We believe these dogs are paying the price for modern practices
that suppress the body instead of supporting it.
So we do things differently.
At Little Rogue Danes, our dogs are naturally reared.
No vaccines. No chemical flea, tick, heartworm, or deworming products. No processed food.
We raise them slowly, thoughtfully, and in a way that allows their immune systems and
nervous systems to develop the way they’re supposed to.
But how we raise our dogs is only part of the picture.
We care just as much about where our puppies go. We’re looking for families who want to be involved,
who are open to learning, and who understand that raising a Great Dane isn’t passive.
You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to care enough to stay engaged.
When one of our puppies leaves our home, we don’t disappear.

The Great Dane is a dying breed, literally. Modern breeding practices, over-vaccination, unnecessary surgeries, processed kibble, and a cocktail of pharmaceuticals have turned this once-powerful, majestic breed into a shadow of what it should be. Danes today are dropping dead before the age of four, FOUR. That’s not genetics. That’s not bad luck. That’s human intervention at its worst.

Our Experience & Philosophy
Lorina didn’t just rely on personal research, she took it further. She spent eight years under the mentorship of a holistic veterinarian, where she was trained to become a small animal naturopath, homeopathy expert, and raw feeding specialist, gaining extensive knowledge in species-appropriate nutrition and holistic animal care.
We don’t just “believe” in natural rearing,we live it.
At Little Rogue Danes, we challenge the status quo. Too many breeders blindly follow conventional practices, over-vaccinating, feeding kibble, and relying on pharmaceuticals. We refuse to be part of that broken system.
Our Danes are raised without vaccines, without microchips, and without synthetic chemicals.... just as nature intended.
